Our Vision

The Caroline Site Council is a partnership which values all students, instills enthusiasm for life long learning, celebrates diversity, and enables students to reach their highest potential.

Site Based Decision Making Council Caroline community members, parents, teachers and administrators working together to improve the education of all children in the Caroline Elementary School Community.

Our Mission

To provide a forum that will inform and involve the Caroline community in the education of its children.

Council Membership

The Site Council is made up of:
five parents, five teachers, one paraprofessional, one service employee, two community members, one family liaison and the principal.

Become Involved
  • Stay informed of the Council's agenda and actions.
  • Contact Council members to share ideas or ask questions of members.
  • Attend a monthly meeting.
  • Consider participating on a sub-committee or becoming a Council member.



How Does Site Council Work?

The Council works as a team to share decision-making for the purposes of improving school and student performance. Problems are identified, goals are established, plans are implemented and then evaluated. All plans are developed through consensus of the members and must be consistent with the district's missions, goals and policies.
