Directions to Ithaca High School & Boynton Middle School:

Access to the locker rooms for pre-season fall practices will be from the Lake Street side of the building due to construction. Parking will be available in the K parking lot off Lake Street for athletes who drive


From Owego: Take 96 to Candor, in Candor 96 turns into 96B. Stay on 96B until you reach Ithaca. As you come into downtown, 96B turns into Aurora St. Go to end of Aurora St. (T-intersection) and make a left hand turn onto Lincoln St. Go to 2nd light and make right hand turn onto N. Cayuga St. High School is 3 mile on your right and Boynton MS is at the end of the street. The athletic fields are between the two schools.

From Whitney Point: Take Route 79W from Whitney Point to Ithaca. As you come into downtown Ithaca off 79W it turns into State St. At the bottom of State St., there is a fork in the road (Seneca St B one-way) bear to the right onto to Seneca St. At 1st traffic light turn right onto Aurora St. Go to the end of Aurora St. (T-intersection) and make a left onto Lincoln St. Go to 2nd traffic light and make a right and turn onto N. Cayuga St. high School is 3 mile on your right and Boynton MS is at the end of the street. Athletic fields are between the schools.


From Rochester/Geneva: Take Thruway to Geneva Exit ( Route 96-Ithaca). Follow 96 into Ithaca. At the 1st light as you go over the bridge, stay in left lane. At the 4th traffic light turn left onto Rt. 13N (Meadow St.--one way) Go approximately 1 1/2 miles. You=ll see the high school on your right. Take the Stewart Park/Auburn exit. Turn right and take an immediate right onto N. Cayuga St.
The middle school will be on your left and the athletic fields are beside it. The high school parking lot is on your left just past the athletic fields.

From Elmira: Take Route 13N to Ithaca. Stay on Rt.13 as you enter Ithaca and take the Stewart Park/Auburn exit. (You will see the high school and middle school on your right before you make the exit.) At the end of the ramp make a right hand turn onto Lake St. and then make an immediate right hand turn onto N. Cayuga St. The middle school is one your left an the high school is about 1/4 mile up the street on your left. The athletic fields are between the two schools.

From Syracuse/Cortland: Coming south on Interstate 81, take exit 12 ( Ithaca and Homer).
Stay on the exit road until you reach Rt. 281 (traffic light at end of the exit road, about one-quarter mile).
Turn left onto Rt. 281 . Go for several miles. Rt. 13 merges in from your left at a traffic light. Keep going straight ahead. You will be following Rt. 13 for the rest of the way to Ithaca. Take Rt. 13 to Ithaca. As you come down along the lake on 13S at the bottom of the hill take the Stewart Park/Auburn exit. At the end of the ramp make a right hand turn. Go to stop sign and make a right hand turn onto Lake St. And make 1st right hand turn onto N. Cayuga St. Boynton MS is on your left with the athletic fields between the MS and the high school which is 1/4 mile up the street on the left.

Directions to DeWitt MS and Northeast Elementary School:

From Owego/Binghamton: Take 96B to Ithaca. Go past Ithaca College to downtown (it becomes Aurora St.) Go to end of Aurora St. (T-intersection) and make a right hand turn onto Lincoln St. Go to the end and turn left onto Lake St. Go past high school athletic fields and middle school (on left) and take ramp (right) up hill onto Route 13. Take Rt 13 up the hill to the 1st traffic light (Warren Rd) and turn right. DeWitt MS is 1/2 mile on the right_and Northeast Elem. is approx. 1/4 mile past DeWitt on Winthrop Drive. Make a right on Winthrop Dr. School is on the left.

From Elmira: Take Rt. 13 through Ithaca. Go up Rt. 13 past Triphammer Mall to 1st traffic light (Warren Rd.) Turn right onto Warren Road, DeWitt MS is 2 mile on right. Northeast Elem. is 1/4 mile past middle school on Winthrop Drive. Make a right onto Winthrop, school is on left.

From Dryden/Cortland: Take Rt. 13 from Cortland/Dryden to Ithaca. Look for signs to airport/Warren Road. At the Warren Road light, make a left hand turn onto Warren Road. DeWitt MS is 2 mile on right. Northeast Elem is 1/4 mile past the middle school on Winthrop Dr. Make right onto Winthrop Dr. School is on the left.

From Whitney Point: Take Rt. 79 to Ithaca. Rt. 79 will become State St.. Go down State St. At bottom of hill there is a fork - bear right onto Seneca St. Go to 1st light (Aurora St.) Turn right onto Aurora St. and go to the end (T-intersection) Turn right onto Lincoln St. Go to end and turn left onto Lake St. Go past high school athletic fields to Rt. 13 ramp (right) Go up ramp onto Rt. 13. Go to 1st traffic light to Warren Road. Turn right onto Warren Road - DeWitt MS is 2 mile on right. Northeast Elem. is 1/4 mile past MS on Winthrop Dr. Turn right onto Winthrop, school is on the left.

Directions to Cass Park:

From Owego: Take 96 to Candor and then take 96B in Candor to downtown Ithaca. At 3rd traffic light turn left onto Buffalo Street. Stay on Buffalo St. and cross over Route 13 staying on Buffalo St. to the 2nd traffic light and make a right hand turn onto Taughannock Blvd. Cass Park fields are approximately ¾ of a mile down on the left hand side. Baseball field is first with the softball fields just beyond them.

From Whitney Point: Take 79 from Whitney Point to Ithaca. As you come down the big hill into downtown Ithaca, bear to the right onto Seneca St. (One way street) Stay on Seneca St. to Route 13 intersection. Turn right onto Route 13 and get into far left lane immediately to make left hand turn onto Buffalo St. Go to 2nd light and turn right onto Taughannock Blvd. Cass Park fields are approximately ¾ mile down the road on the left hand side.

From Elmira: Take 13 to Ithaca. Look for Buffalo St. and make a left hand turn onto Buffalo St. Go to 2nd light and make a right hand turn onto Taughannock Blvd. Cass Park fields are on the left hand side approximately ¾ of a mile.

From Cortland: Take Route 13 all the way and look for Buffalo St. Make right hand turn onto Buffalo St. and go to the 2nd traffic light and make a right hand turn onto Taughannock Blvd. Athletic fields are on the left hand side approximately ¾ of a mile.

From Syracuse: Take Route 81 South to Ithaca Exit. Off the exit turn left at the light. This will take you through Cortland onto Route 13 towards Ithaca. Follow Route 13 to Ithaca. As you come down the hill into Ithaca, stay on Route 13. Road will split to one-way street. At 3rd traffic light—Buffalo St., turn right. Stay in right hand lane. Go over small bridge and turn right at 1st traffic light- Route 89. Go approximately ¾ of a mile and fields are on left. For girls ice hockey the rink is ¼ mile past the fields on the right.


From the North:
Coming south on Interstate 81, take exit 12 ( Ithaca and Homer).
Stay on the exit road until you reach Rt. 281 (traffic light at end of the exit road, about one-quarter mile).
Turn left onto Rt. 281
Go for several miles. Rt. 13 merges in from your left at a traffic light. Keep going straight ahead.
You will be following Rt. 13 for the rest of the way to Ithaca .
When you get to "downtown Dryden", stay on Rt. 13 by turning right at traffic light.
When you are coming into Ithaca , you will pass the exit for Cayuga Heights Road and go downhill toward Cayuga Lake .
Take the next exit (bottom of the hill, Rt. 34 and Stewart Park)
Turn Right at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp.
Turn Right again at the next stop sign (Rt. 34) and go under Rt. 13.
Go past Boynton Middle School .
Just past the Ithaca High School stadium, turn right and follow the drive to the parking lot.

From the East:
From Whitney Point , take Rt. 79 west all the way to Ithaca .
When you get to the bottom of the hill, approaching downtown Ithaca ,
bear to the right at the fork, and then
turn right on Aurora St .
Follow Aurora North to its end, and turn right.
Follow that street to its end, and turn left on Lake St .
Go across the bridge (look to your right to see Ithaca Falls from the bridge).
Go past Ithaca High School on your left, until you approach the stadium.
Turn left just before the stadium and follow the drive to the parking lot.

From the South:
From Owego, go north on Rt. 38 a short distance.
Turn left onto Rt. 96.
In Candor, leave Rt. 96 and take Rt. 96B. You will probably do this automatically, as it does not involve a turn.
Follow 96B all the way into Ithaca . It becomes Aurora St .
Follow Aurora North to its end, and turn right.
Follow that street to its end, and turn left on Lake St .
Go across the bridge (look to your right to see Ithaca Falls from the bridge).
Go past Ithaca High School on your left, until you approach the stadium.
Turn left just before the stadium and follow the drive to the parking lot.

From the South-West:
From Rt. 17 in Big Flats ( Horseheads ,Elmira ,Elmira Heights ),
Exit onto Rt 13 heading North to Ithaca .
Stay on Rt. 13 all the way to Ithaca , through most of Ithaca .
After Rt. 13 becomes a divided highway, you will see Ithaca High School off to your right.
Take the next exit from (Rt. 34 and Stewart Park, just before you would start up the hill.)
Turn Right at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp.
Go past Boynton Middle School .
Just past the Ithaca High School stadium, turn right and follow the drive to the parking lot.
